In addition to our web-based solutions, Epoq have developed a sophisticated document workflow system to enable the flexible delivery of a wide range of legal services via other channels, including by telephone.

As an example, our document assembly technology, Rapicsdocs®, is fully integrated with Epoq’s Legal Call Centre System (ELCCS) meaning that we can provide exactly the same level of legal expertise online and over the phone.

While for many customers telephone support is simply an added benefit of the service, for those with visual impairments or who lack a web connection, it is often the easiest, if not the only way, for them to access the advice they require.
