This is an exciting new role, with the goal of achieving high customer retention, and increasing revenue from existing small law firm clients. The role will involve considerable time talking to clients, often by phone, but also face to face. We are recruiting a full time PA/Exec assistant, or else two people to job share. This is to cover someone who is going on maternity leave for a year. At the end of that period there is likely to be the opportunity to continue in the role on a job share basis. More information
