Legal Content Team Leader

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working with a team of lawyers, you will be required to plan and organise the work of the department, and make sure the legal document templates and law guide produced are not only of high quality, but easy for customers to understand. You will also be responsible for uploading and maintaining existing and new content on Epoq's many legal websites, and in some instances, working with clients to deliver bespoke changes to this content.

We seek candidates with excellent written (and spoken) English language skills, and ideally experience of managing a small team. The role will require candidates to work with, and become expert using, our proprietary document automation software, and thus strong IT skills, with the ability to get expert using the software, is essential.

We are looking for someone who has good experience writing copy, who has previously performed in an editing role. Candidates without this experience need not apply.

Experience of managing a small team is a distinct advantage as it is a key feature of this role. Furthermore, a high level of initiative and good organisational skills are expected. Accuracy and quality of workmanship are also critical.

Candidates should be educated to degree-level or equivalent with at least 3 years of work experience relevant to this role.

Sales Executive

This is an exciting role, working within an existing Sales team. You will be selling Epoq's cutting edge DirectLaw and Rapidocs LawDraft services, communicating directly with key decision makers in law firms, primarily over the phone. You will also be involved in monitoring and maintaining the key metrics of the sales process, using CRM systems to assist you.

We seek a tenacious individual with a proven track record of target achievement. 2 or more years experience in a direct sales role is a must, ideally selling enterprise software solutions or other business services with ave. sale value of £1k+.

Any experience in the legal market and knowledge of web technology is highly desirable. You will have great communication and influencing skills, good IT skills, and an ability to work under own initiative. Candidates that do not have excellent spoken English need not apply.
