Since its initial roll out in the year 2000, it has been in daily use around the world, and we continually work to improve our customer journeys and the flexibility of our technology to match the ongoing evolution of the marketplace.

ELE: the Epoq Legal Engine
ELE is the main engine underpinning Epoq’s workflow systems. It manages user accounts, document selection, billing, referrals and notifications, and is the central transactional repository and server at the core of all Epoq workflow solutions.
TEAMS (The Epoq Account Management System)
TEAMS is our back-end web system that controls the content management of Rapidocs® documents and law guide information, order processing, reporting and the customisation and branding of individual websites.
ELCCS (Epoq Legal Contact Centre System)
ELCCS is a web system designed to manage the workflow associated with creating Rapidocs® documents and transferring them for lawyer review and approval. Documents can be created in Rapidocs® by a call centre operative while speaking to a customer, or directly by end users on the web or on CD ROM, and then securely passed to the lawyers for review. Once the documents have been authorised, they are returned to the customer or call centre for printing and dispatch. ELCCS can also create notes (automated, as required) for anything that has happened, and trigger follow-up reminders to ensure that nothing gets forgotten. In short, it provides end-to-end process management for creating legal documents.
Content
Our content library already boasts more than 300 legal documents, and our dedicated legal team are constantly working both to make sure these documents comply with the latest changes in the law, and to enhance the library with new content.
Rapidocs®
Underlying TEAMS and ELCCS is Rapidocs®, our automated document and form technology. Rapidocs® itself has many components:
- Rapidocs Professional® - Authoring and publishing of interactive intelligent documents and forms.
- Rapidocs Classic® - Installable application by end users for the creation of intelligent documents and forms authored using Rapidocs® Professional.
- Rapidocs X® - Active X version of Rapidocs® for use in call centres working within a browser.
- Rapidocs J® - Java client for use by end users preparing their documents live on-line.
- Rapidocs DataServer® - Programmers tools to link Rapidocs® to workflow systems such as TEAMS and ELCCS.
