DirectLaw

Overview

DirectLaw gives your firm the ability to service the modern, web-connected user in a way they are comfortable with: your firm becomes 'virtual' even when you're not at your desk.

The DirectLaw platform gives your clients the ability to educate themselves about the legal services you offer, give instructions for first draft of documentation without taking your time, submit the first draft to you when they are happy, and manage their legal services from a personalised section of your website. If you have chosen to offer fixed-fees they can purchase the service immediately online, or you can bill them later using your existing billing processes.

This means that any clients who are served online are only using up your firm's valuable time after the first draft is ready. Attrition rates are simply swallowed up by virtual web time, not yours, which means not only are you saving time on drafting documents, you are saving the time you currently lose that is spent with clients who may not ultimately engage your firm.

DirectLaw provide a way to open up new revenue streams and engage with a new breed of clients for whom the web is the preferred medium for service, and the DirectLaw platform can be simply integrated with your existing web presence with minimum fuss.
